Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old. The Service is for entertainment and community discussion.

Nothing on Bull or Bear is investment, legal, tax, or trading advice. Scores, votes, chat, trade tapes, and market data displays reflect opinions, simulations, or third-party feeds — not recommendations to buy or sell any security. You are solely responsible for your decisions.

Accounts & conduct

Keep credentials secure. Do not harass others, spam, manipulate votes, scrape without permission, or attempt unauthorized access. We may suspend or ban accounts that violate these Terms or create safety risk.

Subscriptions & tips

Paid plans unlock product features described at checkout (for example unlimited votes and an ad-free experience). Tips are optional one-time payments. Billing is handled by Stripe. Manage or cancel through the billing portal when configured.

Market data

Quotes and charts may be delayed, incomplete, or simulated depending on configuration. Do not rely on them for trading.

Disclaimer of warranties

The Service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. To the fullest extent permitted by law we disclaim liability for losses arising from use of the Service.
