This Privacy Policy describes how Bull or Bear ("we", "us") collects, uses, and shares information when you use our website and related services (the "Service").

Information we collect

• Account data: email, username, password hash, persona settings, and optional survey answers.
• Usage data: votes, swipes, watchlists, chat messages you send, device / IP metadata for abuse prevention, and product analytics events.
• Billing data: processed by Stripe. We store Stripe customer and subscription identifiers, not full card numbers.
• Optional broker-link data when you connect a brokerage integration and choose to share trades.

How we use information

We use information to operate the Service, personalize your experience, enforce vote and plan limits, moderate abuse, process payments, send transactional digests you opt into, and improve product quality.

Sharing

We do not sell personal information. We share data with processors that help us run the Service (for example: hosting, database, payments, email, error monitoring) under contractual obligations. Public profiles, votes, and chat you post are visible to other users as designed.

Retention & rights

You may request access, correction, or deletion of your account data by contacting support. Some records (billing, security logs) may be retained as required by law or legitimate security needs.
